I live in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh, and my
home waters are Lake Arthur in Moraine State Park. I've been sailing off and
on for most of my life, having learned to sail in an El Toro at Coyote Point
Yacht Club in San Mateo California. I graduated to Laser's and Hobie 14's,
racing in the local area around San Francisco/Oakland. I've raced with the
local sailing club for 5 years, primarily in Flying Scots.
I bought my Bucc, a 1978 Chrysler, in October 2004. She was bone stock, in good shape, and I've been slowly updating her. I bought the Bucc because she looks fast just sitting on the trailer, and because it's not a Scot!(Always been a rogue at heart) I made three events in 2005, Strictly Sail Philadelphia, Memorial Day at PRSA(and it was memorable!) and Nockamixon in June. All were great times.
Looking forward to more adventures with this wild band or Pirates!
